• Authentication Data: We use phone-based authentication (OTP) to verify your identity. We collect your phone number during sign-up to secure your account.
• Uploaded Files: Any files you upload to be turned into videos (PDFs, presentation slides, images, screenshots, diagrams, and text descriptions) are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure.
• Workspace & Metadata: We store account configurations, workspace states, storyboards, and project metadata generated during your editing session.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your information to deliver, improve, and secure Vividli:

• To identify you and manage your workspace settings.
• To extract textual and visual data from your uploads to feed the video creation pipeline.
• To generate video scripts, scenes, and narration using artificial intelligence and text-to-speech technologies.
• To bill for services based on video creation credits.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Vividli uses AI service providers (such as Google Gemini APIs) to transcribe, summarize, and layout your document contents into scripts and video instructions.

We do not sell your data or uploaded documents to third parties. Uploaded contents are only shared with AI endpoints temporarily to compile and render your video. We strictly configure these integrations to prevent your uploaded assets from being used to train third-party AI models.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your account information, workspace project files, and generated videos are stored on secure cloud servers. We retain this data as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you services. If you choose to delete your account or specific projects, we delete this information from our production databases promptly.

5. Your Choices & Data Rights

You have control over your data. You may:

• Access and review files uploaded to your workspace.
• Export your completed, rendered videos.
• Request the deletion of your account and all associated workspace data by contacting support.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as Vividli evolves. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
