1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vividli (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Phone Verification

To access certain features of Vividli, including workspace creation and rendering, you must authenticate using your phone number via a One-Time Password (OTP). You agree to:

• Provide an active, personal phone number that belongs to you.
• Maintain the security of your authenticated session.
• Promptly notify support of any unauthorized use or access to your account.

3. Uploaded Content & License

You retain ownership of any files, PDFs, presentations, diagrams, images, screenshots, and text that you upload to Vividli ("User Content").

By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant Vividli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, replicate, and process your content solely for the purpose of generating your videos, extracting details for scriptwriting, rendering scenes, and providing the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purposes, nor do we train AI models on it.

4. AI Video Generation & Limitations

Vividli utilizes artificial intelligence systems to synthesize scripts, structure scenes, and generate voice narration.

While we strive for high-fidelity outputs, AI-generated content can occasionally contain inaccuracies, misinterpretations, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any generated videos, scripts, or narrations before sharing them with third parties. Vividli is not liable for errors in generated assets.

5. Workspace Storage & Fair Use

Vividli provides workspace storage for your draft projects and rendered video assets. We reserve the right to limit storage capacities or archive inactive workspaces.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malicious code (viruses, malware). We reserve the right to delete accounts and workspaces that violate these guidelines.

6. Credits & Payments

Vividli operates on a credit-based system. Generating and rendering videos consumes credits. Free starter credits are subject to change, and purchased credits are subject to our billing terms. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vividli is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Vividli or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
